<p>Umm Salal coach Raul Caneda spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 20 match against Qatar SC.</p><p>“Our situation is very difficult and this week we are facing a team that goes through the same conditions. In the last two weeks, we worked to motivate the players and prepare the team for this confrontation.</p><p>“We are ready to face Qatar SC. It is like a final game for us and winning it will keep us away from the relegation zone. When I took over, I never expected we would slip into this position (Umm  Salal are currently ninth in the standings with 20 points).</p><p>“The coach has to expect everything and he has to always work to improve performance and results.</p><p>“During the last match against Al Duhail which we lost by a 1-3 margin, we were not good at counter-attacks in the final minutes. We made many mistakes,” said Caneda.</p>
