<p>Al Gharafa coach Christian Gourcuff spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 19 match against Al Arabi.</p><p>“We must show more mental and technical focus if we are to make a turnaround in our fortunes and thus improve the team’s situation.</p><p>“Our players are required to bring out all their experience and technical expertise in order to achieve a positive result, especially at this stage of the league competition.</p><p>“The Al Arabi team has changed a lot of late. The arrival of a new coach and players has really transformed them. We are ready to face them.</p><p>“We have been looking for balance in the team since the beginning of the season, but we suffered from a lot of absences and we are still at the receiving end. I hope some players will be back to action soon.</p><p>“We have been under pressure right from the start of this season. We have the desire to make a strong comeback,” said Gourcuff.</p>
