<p>After Umm Salal announced that Aziz Ben Askar would take charge of the team, he spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 10 match against Al Gharafa.</p><p>“I have to thank Umm Salal for their confidence in me to coach the team. I asked to have Mustafa Adam whom I knew with me. We will work together to change the image of the team, which has good-quality players.</p><p>“I talked to the players about the importance of giving off their best to the team and playing in a challenging spirit. And that the past is not important and everyone should try again.</p><p>“The next game against Al Gharafa will be difficult. We have to stay highly focused because it is a difficult mission. There may be some mistakes, but we must learn from them,” said Ben Askar.</p>
