Al Duhail coach Rui Faria spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Al Sailiya.

“We are preparing for this match with great attention, especially since we will face a team that has a coach for a long duration of time and also has some good players.

“We are ready for this confrontation and register a victory. We study our opponents well and watch their games against different teams to know their strengths and weaknesses. As I said, the team has experienced players and they perform well on the pitch.

“I would like to have more time to put all my players and know them well. But as a coach, I am asked for the positive results directly and the absence of the Qatar national team players made our strategy difficult, but we are working hard.

“I am not worried about the performance of our players after a long break in the league because it was applicable to all clubs. But then, we could work harder during that time and we prepared well for this match,” said Faria.
