<p>Umm Salal coach Ahmed El Abyad spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 9 match against Al Ahli.</p><p>“There is no doubt that Umm Salal are in a precarious position. We are working hard with the aim of producing good results.</p><p>“I accepted the coaching job because I am a coach in Umm Salal and I know the players and their ability to deliver the goods in a much better way.</p><p>“The management stands by me and we have high-quality players in all departments of the game.</p><p>“Our goal is clear. We must improve our position which we do not deserve. During my initial days with the main team, I have felt the players have the desire to make a strong comeback into the tournament. The Al Ahli match is very important for us,” said El Abyad.</p>
