<p>The Qatar Stars League’s (QSL) Club Licensing Committee met on 23rd October, 2018, to consider applications from member clubs for AFC licences.</p><p>Clubs were assessed in the areas of sporting, infrastructure, personnel, legal, financial and business criteria.</p><p>After reviewing the summary of submissions, the Club Licensing Committee agreed to grant AFC licences for the 2019 season to the following clubs:</p><p><strong>Al Duhail</strong></p><p><strong>Al Gharafa</strong></p><p><strong>Al Rayyan</strong></p><p><strong>Al Sadd</strong></p><p>The applications of Al Shahania and Umm Salal were rejected.</p><p>The AFC licenses are valid for one season only, namely 2019.</p><p>The Club Licensing Committee extended its thanks to all staff members of the clubs concerned.</p>
