The kick-off is at 16:35 at the Al Sadd Stadium on Saturday, 1st February, 2020.</p><p>Reigning champions Al Sadd are third in the table with 27 points (nine victories and four defeats). They have a goal difference of +16 (39 goals for and 23 against).</p><p>Al Sadd are six points adrift of leaders Al Duhail and have one point less than Al Rayyan.</p><p>The Wolves, who had lifted the season-opening Sheikh Jassim Cup (Super Cup), recently added the 2020 Qatar Cup to their trophy cabinet by defeating Al Duhail 4-0 in the final.</p><p>Al Sadd started off the second leg of QNB Stars League on a disappointing note losing 1-2 to Al Wakrah, but made a strong comeback by defeating Al Arabi 6-1 in the Qatar Derby, which was deferred from an earlier date owing to their 2019 AFC Champions League commitment.</p><p>The Wolves then defeated Al Khor in another deferred match and went on to beat Al Rayyan in the Qatar Cup semifinal by a 4-1 margin.</p><p>Al Sadd beat Al Shahania 4-2 last week.</p><p>Al Sailiya, on the other hand, are going through tough times. They are sixth in the standings with 17 points (five wins, two draws and six defeats). Their goal difference is -2 (15 goals for and 17 against).</p><p>The latest blow they suffered was in the 2020 AFC Champions League play-off, where they lost to Tajikistan’s Shahr Khodro on penalties after the regular time and extra time ended goalless on Tuesday.</p><p>Al Sailiya, who began their campaign in the second leg of QNB Stars League by losing 1-2 to Al Khor, crashed to a 0-1 defeat against Al Ahli last week.</p><p>Al Sadd had beaten Al Sailiya 3-1 in the first leg of 2019-20 QNB Stars League.</p>
