<p>Al Shahania will take on Umm Salal on a confident note in Week 10 of the QNB Stars League on Saturday, 27th October. The kick-off is at 19:30 at the Al Arabi Stadium.</p><p>Promoted team Al Shahania had sprung a surprise by beating high-flying Al Sailiya 3-1 last week. The victory, their third in this season’s QNB Stars League, took them to 10 points and also helped them move up by one position to ninth.</p><p>Coached by experienced Spaniard Jose Murcia, Al Shahania do not have big names in their ranks. They rely more on teamwork.</p><p>Al Shahania’s target is to stay in the first division and they need points at this stage to move completely away from the danger zone.</p><p>They have five defeats and one draw too against them and have a goal difference of -8, having scored nine goals and conceded 17.</p><p>Meanwhile, Umm Salal, placed fifth with 14 points, are on a different mission.</p><p>They are keen to break into the top four and are only one point adrift of fourth-placed Al Rayyan.</p><p>The Orange Fortress almost lost to Qatar SC last week, but managed to pull a goal back right at the death to play out a 1-1 draw.</p><p>Umm Salal, coached by Frenchman Laurent Banide, have recorded four wins, three defeats and two draws. They have a goal difference of -1 after scoring 14 and receiving 15.</p>
