<p>The Qatar Football Association’s (QFA) Awards Committee Board meeting announced the start of voting process for the best player and best Under-23 player as the QNB Stars League’s first leg has come to an end.</p><p>Voting forms were sent out after shortlisting 30 players in the best-player category and 20 in the best Under-23 player category.</p><p>Participants in the voting process are:</p><p><strong>QNB Stars League team coaches</strong></p><p><strong>Qatar national team coach</strong></p><p><strong>Qatar Olympic team coach</strong></p><p><strong>Team managers</strong></p><p><strong>Media representatives</strong></p><p><strong>Representative of the QFA</strong></p><p><strong>Representative of Qatar Stars League</strong></p><p><strong>President and Board members of the QFA Awards Committee Board</strong></p><p>The deadline for submission of forms is 20th November, 2018.</p><p>The voting process will be held in two phases as was the case in the 2017-18 season.</p>
