Al Shamal coach David Prats spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 14 match against Al Sailiya.

“The Al Sailiya match will be tough, like all our league matches.

“We have a lot of respect for Al Sailiya. They are a good team with very talented players and they won their last match. They are aiming for more to climb the league table, so we need to be at our best,” said Prats.

Al Shamal player Mohamed Manai said, “There are no easy matches in the league. Every match is tough as all teams strive for the best results and performances.

“We have worked hard throughout the past week and our preparations for the Al Sailiya match have been excellent. We are ready to give our all and achieve our goal, which is to win and secure the three points.”
