Al Rayyan coach Artur Jorge spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 14 match against Al Duhail.

“Preparations have been excellent for the Al Duhail match, especially after the disappointing result against Al Shamal in the last round. I saw the team fight hard in training to bounce back against Al Duhail. The players have worked incredibly hard and everyone has been working as a team to secure the three points.

“Our goal is to top the league and that is our focus. Of course, we are keeping an eye on the other teams’ results. Two teams will be playing each other and one of them will definitely drop points, which is to our advantage. This will be a great motivator for us to win against Al Duhail,” said Artur Jorge.

Al Rayyan player Tiago Silva said, “The players are ready for Al Duhail match. We have worked all week to prepare in the best possible way for the Al Duhail match, especially after the loss to Al Shamal.
