<p>Umm Salal coach Raul Caneda spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Al Gharafa.</p><p>“My first match with Umm Salal is a big challenge. We should always think about winning. Umm Salal is a great club, but we've some difficulties and we’re looking for solutions.</p><p>“I’ve seen recordings of Al Gharafa. They’re a good team, but they’ve some weaknesses and we should try to take advantage of them.</p><p>“We’re still developing the side and we’ll see at the end of the season how many points we’ll collect.</p><p>“I’ve worked in Saudi Arabia and I’ve come to Qatar more than once for the AFC Champions League. Qatar is a wonderful country with great sports facilities. I would like to be here even though it’s too early to say.</p><p>“Umm Salal have good players and we’ll try to build the team with character,” said Caneda.</p>
