<p>QNB Stars League side Al Sailiya defeated Kuwait’s Al Fahaheel 2-1 in a friendly played on Monday.</p><p>Abdulkader Ilyas (12th minute) and Majdi Siddiq (55th) scored for Al Sailiya. Al Suhaili pulled one back for Al Fahaheel in the 63rd minute.</p><p>The match came as part of Al Sailiya’s preparations for the QNB Stars League, which will resume on 3rd February after the conclusion of ongoing Asian Cup in the UAE.</p><p>Al Sailiya, who will play reigning champions Al Duhail in Week 16 on 5th February, are currently third in the standings with 28 points.</p><p>Al Sailiya had also played a friendly against Al Shamal and won 2-1.</p>
