<p>Al Rayyan are up against Saudi Arabia’s Al Ittihad in the fifth round of AFC Champions League Group B on Tuesday. The kick-off is at 21:30 at the Al Sadd Stadium in Doha.</p><p>Al Rayyan are in a must-win situation as they are last in the group with only three points they earned from their 2-1 victory over Uzbekistan’s Lokomotiv in the second round.</p><p>The Lions can advance past the group stage provided they win their remaining encounters, the last being against Lokomotiv away.</p><p>Al Rayyan go into the game on a high, having stormed into the semifinal of Emir Cup by beating Al Arabi on penalties. They will face Al Sadd in the last-four game on 11th May.</p><p>Al Rayyan had opened their campaign on a disappointing note, losing 1-5 to Al Ittihad. They could win in the second round, but crashed 1-2 in Doha against the UAE’s Al Wahda who also beat them 4-3 back-to-back.</p><p>Al Rayyan will rely on the attacking abilities of Gelmin Rivas, Sebastian Soria and Lucca Borges. They will have the services of the likes of Koh Myong-Jin and Rodrigo Tabata in the midfield, and Gonzalo Vieira and Moosa Haroun in the defence.</p><p>Doing the double over Al Rayyan across the past two matchdays had sent Al Wahda to the top of the group with nine points. A point at home against Lokomotiv on Tuesday will confirm their place in the Round of 16.</p>
