<p>Uruguayan Diego Aguirre-coached Al Rayyan started preparations for their QNB Stars League Week 7 game against Qatar SC, to be played at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Saturday, 19th October.</p><p>Two days after their 3-0 win over Al Shahania in Round 1 of the Ooredoo Cup (Group A) on 11th October, Al Rayyan players started going through their paces.</p><p>Overseas professionals Yacine Brahimi and Lee Jae-Ik are away on duty for Algeria and South Korea respectively. So were Qatar internationals Abdulaziz Hatem, Mohamed Alaaeldin and goalkeeper Fahd Younis.</p><p>Goalkeeper Omar Bari, who underwent a surgery at the end of last season, is back with the squad.</p><p>Al Rayyan had defeated Al Sadd 4-2 in Qatar Clasico in Week 6 of the QNB Stars League to occupy the fourth position in the table for the first time this season. The Lions are on 12 points.</p>
