Umm Salal beat Paphos of Cyprus 3-0 in their final pre-season friendly match on Tuesday.

Christian Oasguona, Yannick Sagbo and Buzman Awad scored the goals for Umm Salal who were playing under coach Laurent Banide.

Coach Banide provided all of his players a run in the friendly as the team went about getting the maximum opportunities for match practice ahead of the start of the new season.

Umm Salal will return to Doha on Thursday and prepare for their season-opener against Al Sailiya on August 4 at the Khalifa International Stadium.
