The Qatar Football Association has exempted all 14 QSL clubs from the fielding Under 23 players in both Round 3 and 4 of the league due to national team commitments.

However the QFA did stipulate that after Round 5, each club has to field at least one Under 23 player in all their matches.

This exemption is due to the participation of Qatar |National Olympic Team in WAFF 1^st U23 Championship 2015 to be held in Qatar from 30 Sep to 14 Oct 2015.

This exemption was sent to the clubs by means of QFA circular no. 255 for 2015.

Round 3 will be played on Saturday and Sunday 26 and 27 Sep 2015, Round 4 will start  on Thursday and Friday 01 and 02 Oct 2015.
