Qatar Sports Club defeated Spanish fourth division side Palamós 2-1 in a friendly game played on Wednesday evening in Spain, where the club is currently holding their preseason training camp.

Qatar Sports Club took the lead with their new debutant Moroccan Mohsen Yagur, after which the Spaniards pulled one back 10 minutes before the end of the game.

 Qatar Sports Club applied more pressure to the Spanish fourth division outfit and succeeded in scoring the winning goal courtesy of forward Fadl Omar.

The King’s Head Coach Radhi Shenaishil was keen to field as many players as possible to assess the readiness of the team ahead of the new QSL season which will kick off September 11.
