Al Sailiya coach Mirghani Al Zain spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League Week 5 match against Umm Salal.

“We are preparing to face Umm Salal with the same seriousness we display in every round. Winning mentality is the primary goal.

“We enter every match with a winning mentality and we are striving to collect points, starting with the Umm Salal match. We hope the fans will be present to support the players, as they are the main players, and God willing, we will achieve victory and collect points,” said Mirghani.

Al Sailiya player Omar Yahya said, “The match is important especially since it is against my former team Umm Salal. Every match is important to us and what we lack now is a win. We, as players, are ready to give everything we have, and we hope that the Umm Salal match will be the beginning of victories for the team.

“We will enter the match with great focus and regardless of the opponents, our goal is one – to win.”
