Qatar SC coach Marquez Lopez spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 22 match against Al Duhail.

“We have an important and difficult match ahead of us against Al Duhail. We aim to achieve a positive result and translate our work into a tangible performance on the field. We are looking to win, and we hope to succeed in that, or at least draw and add a point to our tally, which would strengthen our position in the standings.

“I am satisfied with the work we have done this season. We have competed for the top spots and are still in contention for a top-four finish, which confirms that we have had a good season,” said Lopez.

Qatar SC player Nizar Al Rashdan said, “I have confidence in my team’s ability to deliver a strong performance against Al Duhail. I acknowledge the difficulty of the match against a formidable opponent like Al Duhail, but we will enter the game aiming for victory and all three points.”
