As part of preparations for 2025-2026 season QSL Cup final, which will pit Al Rayyan against Muaither on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7pm at Stadium 974, the Qatar Stars League (QSL) held the pre-match Technical Meeting. Representatives of QSL, including Mr. Ahmed Salman Al Adsani, Director of Competitions, Mr. Nasser Mubarak Al Kuwari, Director of Events, and Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Sayed, Head of Football Operations, were present. Also in attendance were a representative from Qatar Football Association’s Referees Department and representatives of both teams.

A number of points were discussed and emphasized:

- Importance of arriving at the stadium on time.

- Review of technical requirements, instructions and protocols for match day and trophy presentation.

- Approval of official kits for each team (home and away).

- Referees Department representative stressed the need for co-operation with match officials in all decisions.
