The Referees Department of Qatar Football Association announced referees for the Qatar Cup 2023 semifinals.

Both semifinals will be held on Thursday, February 9, at the Al Sadd Stadium. Reigning champions Al Sadd face Al Arabi at 16:40 and Al Duhail face Al Wakrah at 19:45 pm.

The assignment of referees for the matches, according to the official website of Qatar Football Association, is as follows:

Match Referee, First Assistant, Second Assistant, Fourth Official, VAR referee and AVAR referee in that order.
