Al Sailiya face Umm Salal in Week 8 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 17:15 at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Sunday, 31st October, 2021.

Al Sailiya slipped from 11th to the bottom place in the standings with four points (one victory, one draw and five defeats).

Al Shamal and Al Sailiya have the same number of points (four) and goal difference (-10), but the former were placed above in the standings by virtue of having scored more number of goals (eight goals for and 18 against compared to Al Sailiya’s five goals for and 15 against).

The Peregrines, coached by Tunisian Sami Trabelsi, need to pull up their socks if they are to improve their position.

Umm Salal are ninth with five points (five draws and two defeats). They have a goal difference of -3 (eight goals for and 11 against).

The Orange Fortress, under Brazilian Sergio Farias, have the same number of points as Al Ahli, but the latter are placed above on better goal difference (-2 as against Umm Salal’s -3).

Umm Salal are also in a desperate situation as that of Al Sailiya, as they have not yet registered a victory this season, along with Al Ahli and Al Khor.
