Al Gharafa coach Pedro Martins spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 19 match against Al Ahli.

“We have turned the page on that game and are looking to put on a strong response, which is very important for us. Everyone, especially the players, must remember that we still have many goals we are fighting for and there is no room for giving up. The season is not over yet and we still have tournaments we are striving to win.

“We are in the crucial stage of the league and the match will be important against a team that is fighting to achieve its goals. Our objective is clear: to win and secure the three points,” said Martins.

Al Gharafa player Amro Serag said, “The Al Ahli match has been characterized by seriousness and high focus. It is a crucial match, coming at a decisive stage of the league, and it will not be easy given their need for the three points and their desire to return to winning ways.”
