Al Ahli coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 12 match against Al Shamal.

“Al Shamal have improved significantly over the past two seasons and are contenders for the league title. Al Ahli are aiming for a better performance than the showing against Umm Salal and are determined to make up for the points lost in that match by playing at our best against Al Shamal.

“It is important to deliver a strong performance and display greater aggression to secure a victory,” said Younes.
