Al Rayyan sports club have announced that new signing Sergio Garcia is set to miss three weeks with a muscle injury. 

The former Espanyol star suffered the injury in his sides 4-0 victory over Al Sailiya, in the opening match of the Qatar Stars League. The injury was assested in Aspeter hospital on Saturday, with the medics ruling that the striker will be out for at least three weeks. 

The news will be a blow for the Lions, who looked impressive in their first match in the QSL, after spening one season in the Qatar Gas League.
