<p>Al Duhail coach Djamel Belmadi spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 12 match against Qatar SC.</p><p>“The first game in each phase is always difficult, but we would like to start from where we left off. Qatar SC are a transformed side under new coach Abdullah Mubarak. Their strategies and priorities have changed, and they showed marked improvement in the last few games. That makes our task hard.</p><p>“The break between the first and second phase was a welcome relief for our players after putting in great efforts in the opening half. No doubt, we will benefit from it by way of results.</p><p>“January is a tough period for us as six of our players are currently doing duty for Qatar at the Asian Under-23 Championship in China. So a number of new faces will appear on our bench.</p><p>Al Duhail player Hazem Shehata said, “We are well prepared to meet Qatar SC. We will definitely work hard to get full points.</p><p>“I know I am with a big club that is entering all tournaments to win them. That makes the competition to win the confidence of coaching staff in order to earn a call-up tough,” said Hazem.</p>
