QSL side Al Sailiya, continued their preparations ahead of the restart of the QSL season with a 2-1 friendly win over fellow QSL side Al Khor on Wednesday evening.<br />

Two goals in five first half minutes sealed the victory for Sami Trabelsi, with January signing Wagner Ribero and striker Mohammed Muddather notching on the 37<sup>th</sup> and 42<sup>nd</sup> minute respectively. Al Khor found a consolation from Brazilian striker Madson on the 68<sup>th</sup> minute, but couldn’t grab an equalizer in the tie.<br />

The result will have been of use for both coaches, as it gave them a vital opportunity to test the fitness of their squad players ahead of the return of the QSL on the 1<sup>st</sup> of April. Al Sailiya is currently in ninth place in the QSL standings, whilst Al Khor is currently in eleventh place in the league.
