<p class="p1">The Qatar Stars League can confirm the official date and location for the proposed relegation play-off between Al Shahania and Qatar SC. </p>

<p class="p2">The tie is set to take place at Lekhwiya stadium on Wednesday the 19th of April 2017. The winner of the match will then  take part in the the 2017/2018 QSL campaign. In the event of a draw at full time, the match will proceed to extra time, if the teams cannot be separated then the match will be decided by penalties. </p>

<p class="p2">Al Markiya are the other team that have been promoted to the QSL for the 2017/2018 season after winning the Qatar Gas League. </p>
