<p>The Qatar Stars League Management (QSLM) held a co-ordination meeting between the clubs’ media officers and representatives of media organisations at its headquarters in Al Bidda Tower on Sunday.</p><p>QSLM’s Marketing and Communications Head Hassan Al Kuwari chaired the meeting. Al Arab newspaper’s sports department head Ali Issa, his Arrayah counterpart Abdulla Abdulrahman, Al Sharq Editor-in-Chief Abdulaziz Marifee, Estad Doha’s Mahmoud Fadhli and Al Kass’ Abdulaziz Bureyda were the media representatives who attended.</p><p>The discussions revolved around the mutual interests of all parties, who also raised their concerns and put forward their observations. Clubs’ media officers expressed their views.</p><p>The coverage of pre-match Press conferences held at three clubs — Al Sadd, Al Duhail and Al Khor — and the lack of attendance by media representatives too came in for discussion.</p><p>The meeting was convened as part of the QSLM’s efforts to continuously communicate with various media outlets. A similar meeting was held some weeks ago, with all parties concerned attending it.</p><p>It has been decided to hold periodic meetings with representatives of media outlets for consultation, co-ordination and discussion of the events.</p>
