Al Kharaitiyat coach Ahmad Al Ajlani spoke to the media ahead of their QNB Stars League Week 10 match against Qatar SC.

“We had a good game against Al Ahli last week. It was very important for us to win to keep ourselves motivated as we had suffered a huge loss (2-8) to Al Duhail in the previous week . We were so glad to achieve that. It was so vital because everyone associated with the team was demoralised. We don’t want a nightmare like that to happen again.

“This match is also important and it’s more important that we win against Qatar SC. We are targeting a minimum of 12 points before the league’s first phase ends. Afterwards, we’ll reset our priority. We’ve worked hard for this game and we hope we keep winning.
“We always play to win. There’s no easy game in the league. I respect all teams, but on the pitch, we play only for win. We’ve quality players to beat any side in the QNB Stars League.

“Still, there’re some areas for improvement. We’re working on them in training. I’m sure we’ll put up better displays in the second phase,” said Al Ajlani.
