Al Wakrah defeated Al Ahli 3-2 in Week 15 of 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Saoud Bin Abdulrahman Stadium of Al Wakrah club on Friday.

Hamdy Fathy secured the winning goal for The Blue Wave in two minutes of added time from a superb assist by Amine Zouhzouh after Ayoub Assal (45+5 minute) and Lucas Mendes (67th minute) had netted one each for the hosts to move them to 22 points in the standings.

Al Ahli’s goals were scored by Ahmed Reyad, who opened the scoring in the 20th minute, after hijacking an erroneous back pass by Al Wakrah’s left-back Fahad Waad, before Oumar Sekou restored parity for the visitors in the 75th minute.

The Brigadiers remained on 15 points.
