Qatar SC coach Marquez Lopez spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 15 match against Al Rayyan.

“We are facing a tough and challenging match, as is the case in all league matches this season.

“Al Rayyan have outstanding players and a good coach. Generally, they are one of the strongest teams with a high-calibre squad, but we are ready to deliver a strong performance that will lead us to a positive result. We have not had much time to prepare for the match, but the Qatar SC team has prepared adequately and is looking to deliver a good performance that will secure the win and the three points.

“The team has been performing well in recent matches and I am satisfied with that and with the victory achieved in the last round. We hope to win again in the next round and maintain this good form,” said Marquez.

Qatar SC player Mohammed Ayash said, “Our opponent is a strong team with outstanding players and they aspire to remain in the top four. We at Qatar SC are ambitious to achieve a positive result and continue our winning streak, and we hope to succeed in doing so.
