The Qatar Stars League (QSL) announced the renewal of its partnership agreement with First Step Family Sports Center, continuing their collaboration and reflecting their commitment to promoting sports culture and establishing sports as a lifestyle for family, thus contributing to building a healthy and active society.

The partnership, which extends until the end of the 2027-2028 season, aims to expand sports awareness programs, organize joint training camps and events, and provide children with the opportunity to meet Doha Bank Stars League stars and to participate in activities and events accompanying league matches.

On the occasion, Ms. Aisha Hassan Al Mutawa, Founder and General Manager of First Step Family Sports Center, said: “Our partnership with the Qatar Stars League is not just an agreement; it is an investment in the future of sports culture for generations to come. Renewing this partnership reflects our commitment to establishing sports as a way of life and building a generation that loves football for its values, not just its results.”

She added: “We are proud to continue this partnership, which reflects our belief that family sports are the cornerstone of a healthy, strong, and conscious future, and that the importance of sports is no less than that of education and health. Through this collaboration, we will provide our children with professional experiences, sporting role models, and an environment that combines fun, discipline, and cooperation.”

For his part, Mr. Nasser Yaqoub Laram Salmeen, Director of Sales and Marketing at Qatar Stars League, affirmed that renewing the partnership reflects QSL’s commitment to expanding its cooperation with community entities that contribute to spreading the sports culture.

He said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with First Step Family Sports Center, which aligns with the Foundation’s strategy aimed at strengthening the community role of football and creating a stimulating sporting environment for children and families. We believe that these partnerships contribute to building a new fan base and instilling sporting values in the younger generations. We also look forward to implementing many joint initiatives and events that will benefit the community.”

The renewal of this partnership confirms the importance of cooperation between sports and community institutions, and its role in supporting Qatar National Vision 2030, by encouraging community members to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle, and promoting the participation of children and families in sports activities.
