Brazilian Lucas Silva Melo scored a brace as Al Duhail edged Qatar SC 2-1 in Week 22 of 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Khalifa International Stadium on Monday.

Lucas scored Al Duhail's goals in the 13th and 55th minutes of the match while Faiz Selemani scored Qatar SC's only goal in the 42nd minute.

The pleasing win for Al Duhail came despite they losing Ibrahima Bamba, who was shown the red card in the 66th minute for a foul.

The result elevated Al Duhail to fifth in the standings with 33 points to their credit, while Qatar SC ended sixth with a tally of 32 points.
