As part of preparations for the Al Sadd vs Al Shamal match and 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League champions’ crowning ceremony, the Qatar Stars League (QSL) held a Co-ordination Meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2026). Representatives from QSL, both clubs and Sports Security Department were in attendance.

Mr. Hassan Rabiah Al Kuwari, Executive Director of Sales, Marketing and Communication at QSL, welcomed everyone and praised the outstanding performance of both teams throughout the season. He wished them success and hoped they would deliver a thrilling match that would be enjoyed by the fans and all attendees. He also emphasized that work was going on and co-ordinated with both clubs to ensure the match and the championship ceremony are a resounding success, reflecting the professionalism of Doha Bank Stars League.

The following points were discussed:

- Matchday operations.

- Accompanying events, which QSL will be organizing, including Target Shoot competition at half-time sponsored by Doha Bank, with a prize of QAR 50,000.

- Multiple prize draws will be held for fans attending the match.

- Marketing plans for the clubs, fan events and fan zone.

- Champions’ trophy presentation ceremony, including the official protocol and procedures.

- Adherence to all general guidelines and requirements.
