QSL side Umm Salal has strengthened their squad ahead of the news season by announcing the signing of Brazilian defender Anderson Martins from El Jaish.<br />

Martins who has previously enjoyed a loan stint at Al Gharafa, has signed a one year loan deal with the Orange Fortress. The signing will cap of Umm Salal’s summer business after the club also signed compatriot Alan Henrique on a free transfer.<br />

Salal are currently at their preseason training camp in Holland and are set to return to Qatar on the 26^th of August. Bülent Uygun’s side will then begin to focus on the start of their QSL campaign and will take on Al Khor in their first match of the domestic season.<br />
