<div><p>Al Sailiya, coached by Sami Trabelsi, said the 31-year-old attacking midfielder will be part of the pre-season training camp in Tunisia starting next week.</p></div><div><p>Youssef has appeared for Al Jazeera and Al Wehdat over the course of last three seasons.</p></div><div><p>Earlier Al Sailiya signed Rachid Tiberkanine of Morocco. Trabelsi's side also has the services of Algerian midfielder Nadir Belhadj, formerly of Al Sadd. </p></div><div><p>Al Sailiya will leave for Tunisia for a pre-season training camp before returning to Doha for the start of the new season. The training camp will be based in Tabarka.</p></div><div><p>Al Sailiya finished sixth (28 points) in the last season after remaining in fourth spot for many weeks. </p></div><div><p>Coach Trabelsi will be looking at a top-four finish in the 2018-19 season that kicks off on August 4.</p></div>
