<p>Al Rayyan will miss midfielder Daniel Goumou due to suspension for their crucial clash with leaders Al Duhail in Week 14 of the QNB Stars League on 27th January.</p><p>Goumou had picked up his fourth yellow card during their 4-2 win over Al Kharaitiyat in Week 13.</p><p>The 27-year-old is a vital cog in Danish coach Michael Laudrup’s machine and is a key presence in the Al Rayyan midfield for long.</p><p>However, Laudrup and his wards will be confident when they prepare for the Al Duhail encounter having made a strong start to the league's second phase too with back-to-back victories.</p><p>Al Rayyan are third in the standings on 31 points, the same as Al Sadd but behind on goal difference.</p><p>Meanwhile, left-back Ali Sanad Al Nuaimi played his first full match for Al Rayyan this season, against Al Kharaitiyat, having recovered from an injury. He had only played partly during their 3-0 victory over Al Khor in the previous round.</p>
