Al Rayyan NextGen are dedicated to developing the club’s young players, offering them opportunities to gain essential experience by participating in high-level, official competitions throughout the season.

The team’s participation in the Jetour League is part of a larger system designed to nurture talent and promising players by providing more playing time and competitive exposure. The initiative helps elevate their technical, physical and tactical skills, thereby enhancing their readiness to transition to the first team.

Through the Next Generation team, Al Rayyan aim to build a strong foundation of players and leverage official competitions to hone their abilities and broaden their experience — aligning with the club’s vision of relying on and developing promising talent.
