QSL side Al Gharafa have confirmed a friendly match with Arabian Gulf League side Al Shabab, as the Cheetahs map their preparations as the QSL takes a break for World Cup Qualifiers.<br />

Club officials confirmed that players have been given a ten day break by head coach Pedro Caixinia until the 18<sup>th</sup> of March before resuming training for their round 23 clash against Umm Salal which is slated to take place on either the 1<sup>st</sup> of 2<sup>nd</sup> of April.<br />

The friendly match against Al Shabab is set to take place on the 24<sup>th</sup> of March at a so far unnamed location. Al Gharafa are currently in fifth place in the QSL standings, and have a tally of 37 points from 22 QSL games.
