<p>Al Duhail’s Ismail Mohammed underwent a surgery in British capital London to remove the medical devices put inside his leg during an operation he had at the Hamad General Hospital.</p><p>Ismail suffered a broken leg during Al Duhail’s match against Al Shahania in Week 1 of this season’s QNB Stars League.</p><p>The player, who has been missing in action ever since the injury, will now start his rehabilitation programme before returning to the team’s fold.</p><p>It may be noted that Al Duhail’s Abdullah Abdulsalam and Nam Tae-Hee too underwent operations recently.</p><p>Abdullah had appendicitis removed at the Al Wakrah Hospital, while Nam was operated upon in the Spanish city of Barcelona to correct a cruciate ligament injury he suffered while doing duty for South Korea in a friendly against Uzbekistan.</p><p>Al Duhail, who reached the quarterfinals of QSL Cup following their 4-0 win over Al Arabi in Round 4, will resume their training on 4th January.</p><p>Al Duhail will take on Qatar SC in the last round on 10th January.</p>
