Friday will see four matches that kick-off round 26 of QSL action. With this being the last round of the season; all eight teams will be fighting for the maximum number of points to end their season in the best possible fashion. All four matches will kick-off simultaneously at 18:20 this Friday April 14 in interest of fair play.

Eighth placed Al Sailiya will take on bottom of the table Al Wakrah at the Al Arabi Stadium. The Brigadiers are coming off two back to back defeats and will be hoping to finish the season with a win. Al Wakrah, on the other hand have ensured relegation and will be looking for a consolation win to boost their morale after suffering a disappointing season.

Al Rayyan and Al Khor will lock horns at the Al Sadd stadium. The Lions are third in the table and have forty-eight points and they will be looking for the win after a tame draw with Al Arabi last week. Jean Fernandez’s Al Khor have survived the relegation battle and have not lost in their last three matches. The Knights are eleventh in the table with twenty-five points.

Umm Salal will face Al Arabi at the Qatar SC Stadium. The Orange Fortress will look to continue their excellent run of form and stretch their undefeated streak to nine. Al Arabi on the other hand are struggling for form this season and are looking for stability as they have twenty-eight points and sit in ninth place.

Tenth placed Al Ahli will welcome second from bottom Muaither to the Al Ahli Stadium. Al Ahli have seen a dip in form towards the end of the season as they lost five of their last seven matches. The Brigadiers will be gunning for the victory against a weaker opponent. Muaither have been relegated following a season in which they could only register four wins. The Stallions will try their best for the win to leave with fond memories of the QSL.
