Ahead of the Qatar Cup 2025 final between Al Sadd and Al Duhail on Saturday, May 10, 2025, Qatar Stars League (QSL) held a Technical Meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Mr. Ahmed Salman Al Adsani, Director of Competitions at QSL, Mr. Abdullah Saleh Al Sulaiti, Director of Media and Communications at QSL, Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Sayed, Head of Football Operations at QSL, Mr. Khamis Al Kuwari, Representative of Qatar Football Association’s Referees Department, and representatives of both teams attended.

The meeting discussed the following matters:

- Reviewing match-day guidelines and procedures, and crowning process.

- Approving the official kits for each team during the match (home and reserve).

- Emphasizing the use of extra time in the event of a tie.

- Need for co-operation with the organizers and decisions of match referees to ensure a distinguished final.
