Qatar SC coach Youssef Safri spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 21 match against Al Shahania.

“We have an important match ahead of us, which we hope to win. We know it will not be easy, but we are only focused on ourselves and confident in our ability to achieve the result we are looking for.

“We were not satisfied with the result of the last match, so during the last training sessions, we worked hard to address our mistakes. We must perform at our best in the next match, perform well and increase our effectiveness in the final third of the field to achieve the result we are seeking.

“Our goal is to improve our position in the league table and I am certain that the work we have done over the past period will bear fruit in the final rounds. I hope we are successful,” said Safri.

Qatar SC player Ataa Mohammed Jaber said, “The match against Al Shahania is of great importance to the team and I have prepared for it adequately.

“We have been working throughout the week to develop our capabilities and address the mistakes that occurred in the last match. We look forward to performing well in our next match in order to achieve victory.”
