Al Shahania coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2026-2027 season Doha Bank Stars League Week 8 match against Al Ahli.

“The match will not be easy as the opposing side features high-quality players with a wealth of experience.

“The narrow gap in points between the two teams in the league standings adds to the importance and difficulty of the match. I hope that we will perform at the same level we displayed in the opening rounds and succeed in securing a positive result,” said Younes.

Al Shahania player Abdulrahman Mesaad said, “The preparations for the match are going on well. We are committed to delivering a performance worthy of the club, while also focusing on rectifying past mistakes to ensure a stronger showing.”
