Al Markhiya and Al Wakrah played out a 1-1 draw in Round 10 of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at the Saoud Bin Abdulrahman Stadium of Al Wakrah club on Tuesday.

Al Markhiya, who entered the match with a high morale following the excellent performances under national coach Sultan Al Musaifri, were the first to draw blood in the 49th minute through Yusupha Njie, who scored a brilliant goal before Redouane Berkane got the equaliser in the 84th minute.

With the result, Al Markhiya advanced to 18 points, whereas Al Wakrah moved to six points.
