Umm Salal scored a 1-0 win over Al Kharaitiyat in Round 1 of 2026-2027 season QSL Cup at Al Sailiya Stadium on Monday.

Bosnian forward Matej Sakota scored the all-important goal in the 48th minute as Umm Salal went on to collect their first three winning points.

While Umm Salal had a total of seven shots on the target, Al Kharaitiyat had five.
