As part of its commitment to social responsibility and ongoing engagement with all segments of society, the Qatar Stars League (QSL) organized a sports event at Dreama Orphan Care Center, one of the centers operating under the umbrella of Qatar Social Work Foundation. 

The event was attended by representatives from both organizations and featured the participation of several players from Doha Bank Stars League. The atmosphere was vibrant and interactive, with a variety of sports activities, including football sessions that saw enthusiastic participation from the children. The event concluded with the distribution of commemorative gifts to the participants. 

Mr. Hani Taleb Ballan, Chief Executive Officer of QSL, stated: 

“This initiative reflects our firm belief in the importance of community engagement and in supporting all segments of society, particularly children, who represent the foundation of our future. Through such activities, we aim to instil values of co-operation and creativity in the hearts of the children and to encourage their active participation in experiences that help develop their skills and talents.” 

He added: 

“We truly value the efforts of Dreama Orphan Care Center and its dedicated team. We’re proud to take part in this initiative and reaffirm our commitment to contributing to every endeavor that serves our community, in line with our role in promoting social responsibility.” 

For her part, Sheikha Najla bint Ahmed Al Thani, Executive Director of Dreama Orphan Care Center, praised this meaningful partnership, saying: 

“Every initiative that opens a new window to the world for our children is a step toward empowering them and building their future. Today’s event was not merely a sports activity – it was a message of hope and generosity from the stars of our community to our children, reminding them that they’re an inseparable part of the fabric of this giving nation.” 

She continued: 

“We’re proud to collaborate with QSL and extend our gratitude for their belief in our mission. This positive engagement plants the seeds of ambition and perseverance in our children and offers them role models who inspire them to pursue their dreams. Together, QSL and Dreama Orphan Care Center reaffirm that true investment lies in building people.
