The Week 9 of 2026-2027 season Doha Bank Stars League kicks off on Friday, November 6, 2026, with a match between Al Arabi and Al Ahli at Al Thumama Stadium. The kick-off is at 5.15pm.

The clash holds considerable significance for both teams, with just two points separating them in the standings as they look to strengthen their position in Doha Bank Stars League.

Al Arabi head into the encounter seeking a return to winning ways after being held to a draw by Al Rayyan in the previous week. The result took their tally to 13 points, leaving them fourth in the standings. They will be determined to secure all three points and maintain their push towards the top of table.

Meanwhile, fifth-placed Al Ahli will be looking to build on their recent victory over Al Shahania, which lifted them to 11 points. Buoyed by that result, Al Ahli will aim to extend their winning momentum and leapfrog Al Arabi in the standings with another victory.
